this was friday during lent dinner and sunday breakfast my mother made and I just added the bisquits .

4 ozcheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make potatoes & eggs turnovers

1microwave potatoes until done ,peel and dice potatoes scramble eggs with 2 tablespoons margaine add potatoes salt pepper. Take bisquits roll out put eggs and potato mixture on bisquit add some shredded cheese fold each end to make a square brush with butter or margaine put on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for about 10 minutes.
