We fight over popovers in my house. Great for breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients For popovers

  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • butter

How To Make popovers

    Beat eggs, milk, flour and salt together. Blend well. Put 1/2 half pat of butter in each muffin tin and heat until butter is melted. Pour mixture into muffin tins. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown. Makes 12 popovers.

    YORKSHIRE PUDDING. Is the same as popovers only you put meat drippings in tne muffin tins instead of butter.
