Ingredients For pizza pancakes

  • 2 c
    original bisquick mix
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese(more if your a cheese lover)
  • 1/2 c
    diced tomatoe
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pepperoni
  • 1/2 c
    chopped tomatoe
  • 1/4 c
    chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1 c
    pizza or spaghetti sauce(heated)
  • grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 pkg
    pepperoni slices

How To Make pizza pancakes

    TO MAKE CRUSTS Heat skillet and lightly grease with oil. Stir Bisquick,milk and eggs in large bowl until well blended.Stir in remaining ingredients (except pizza sauce, and Parmesan cheese.) Batter will be thick.

    Pour BATTER BY A LITTLE LESS THAN 1/4 CUP INTO HOT SKILLET SPREAD SLIGHTLY.Cook UNTIL EDGES ARE DRY.TURN AND COOK UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.Serve topped with pizza sauce,diced tomato,additional sliced pepperoni,bell pepper and Parmesan cheese.
