Ingredients For pineapple-orange blossoms

  • 1 can
    (12.4 oz) pillsbury refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
  • 1/2 c
    crushed pineapple, well drained on paper towels
  • 1/3 c
    sweet orange marmalade, (i use smuckers)
  • 4 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature

How To Make pineapple-orange blossoms

    Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray. Separate dough into 8 rolls. Cut each roll into 2 pieces. Place dough in muffin cups, points up, slightly separated.

    In small bowl, mix pineapple, marmalade, and cream cheese together. Place 2 tablespoons into center of dough.

    Bake for 17-22 minutes, until browned. Cool in pan for 5 minutes. Run a knife around outside of each muffin to loosen and remove from pan. Place muffins on a serving plate.

    Remove cover from icing. Microwave on 50% power for 10 seconds, or until thin enough to drizzle over warm muffins. Serve immediately and enjoy.
