pepper jelly - steph
(1 rating)
This jelly is excellent over cream cheese! It is a very nice gift during the holidays as you can add a touch of red food coloring to make it festive looking. Since I am getting into canning and making jams and jellies, I wanted to post this recipe.

2If you prefer hotter jelly, add more jalapeno to it. I have had this over cream cheese and it is delightful!!! It is also a nice gift for co-workers or neighbors, etc. during the holidays.
