Quick and easy this is a healthy breakfast kiddos will go crazy for. These would be great to have on hand for an after school snack too. Yummy!

Ingredients For peanut butter and jelly no bake muffins

  • 1 c
    shredded coconut-no sugar added
  • 1 c
    instant oats
  • 1
    bananas
  • 1/4 c
    strawberry jelly
  • 2 Tbsp
    peanut butter

How To Make peanut butter and jelly no bake muffins

  • 1
    In a medium bowl smash banana. Add all ingredients except peanut butter- mix together. Once mixed spray muffin tin with Pam. Put a few spoon full's in 6 of the tins till all is out of the bowl. Put peanut butter in a plastic zip lock and cut small hole in bottom. Put a small amount on each muffin. Refrigerate over night or for at least 2 hours. Bon ABpetite!
