1/4 capple juice, unsweetened

3 Tbspnatural creamy peanut butter

1 smbanana, chopped

2 Tbspno added sugar raspberry or strawberry jam

4 tspchopped, unsalted, blanched hazelnuts or peanuts
How To Make peanut butter and fruit quinoa, diabetic

1In a medium saucepan combine the water and quinoa. Bring to boiling; reduce heat to medium-low. Cook, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes or until water is absorbed.

2Remove from heat. Add apple juice and peanut butter, stirring until combined. Stir in banana.

3Divide mixture among four bowls. Add a spoonful of of the jam to each serving and top with nuts.
