Ingredients For pancake sausage muffins

2 cwhole wheat flour (i used freshly ground)

1 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt
-
1 1/2 cmilk or buttermilk

2 lgeggs
-
1/3 cbutter, melted
-
1/2 lbfavorite sausage of choice, browned
How To Make pancake sausage muffins

1Combine dry ingredients.

2Add the milk, eggs & butter and stir.

3Stir in the browned sausage.

4Pour batter into 12-15 well greased muffin tins. (do not use paper liners because most likely muffins will stick to them)

5Bake at 350' for 15-20 minutes or until golden.

6Serve with maple syrup.
