Still experimenting with overnight oats! If you use the old-fashioned oats instead of muesli, you can add a few raisins or chopped nuts to the mix. NOTE: Cook time is overnight chill time.

Ingredients For overnight breakfast bowl

1 cplain, non-fat greek yogurt

1/2 cmilk - any kind

1 Tbspsyrup - cane, maple, rice, honey, etc. (to taste)

1/2 tspvanilla extract

1/2 tspcinnamon

pinchsalt
-
1/2-2/3 cmuesli cereal or old-fashioned oats

1 cchopped fruit or berries
How To Make overnight breakfast bowl

1Mix yogurt, milk, syrup, salt, vanilla and cinnamon in a bowl until smooth.

2Fold in cereal and fruit.

3Spoon into 2 individual containers. Refrigerate covered overnight.

4Note: You can use banana as the fruit, but then add it before serving so it doesn't get brown and mushy. Unless you don't mind!
