3/4 corange juice

1 Tbsporange liqueur, optional

1 tspvanilla

1loaf italian bread cut into 1/2" slices

3 Tbspconfectioners' sugar

3 Tbspbrown sugar

4 tspbutter
How To Make orange french toast

1Beat together eggs, orange juice, orange liqueur, 2 tablespoons confectioners sugar and vanilla.

2Place bread slices in one layer in a large roasting or baking pan. Pour the egg mixture over bread layer.

3Turn to soak. Cover with cling-wrap. Place in refrigerator for at least two hours, turning bread slices occasionally.

4On a plate, combine confectioners sugar and brown sugar.

5Preheat electric skillet to 375.

6Melt butter and set aside. Remove bread slices from the egg mixture and place in skillet. Cook slices for 3-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

7Add more butter to skillet, if necessary.

8Toss slices in sugar mixture and serve immediately.
