1 1/2 call-purpose flour

3 1/2 tspbaking powder

1 tspsalt

1 Tbspwhite sugar

How To Make old fashion pancakes

1In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

2Make a well in the center. Pour in the milk, egg, and melted butter.

3Mix until smooth. If needed, slowly add more milk until it's a pancake batter consistency.

4Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.

5Brown on both sides and serve hot.
