How To Make oatmeal pancakes

1LIGHTLY SPOON FLOUR INTO A DRY MEASURING CUP; LEVEL WITH KNIFE. COMBINE THE FIRST 7 INGREDIENTS IN A MEDIUM BOWL, STIRRING WITH A WISK.

2COMBINE BUTTERMILK, BUTTER AND EGG IN SMALL BOWL. ADD TO FLOUR MIXTURE, STIRRING JUST UNTIL MOIST.

3HEAT A NONSTICK SKILLET OVER MED HIGH HEAT. COAT THE PAN WITH COOKING SPRAY. SPOON ABOUT2 1/2 TBS, BATTER PER PANCAKE ONTO SKILLET. TURN PANCAKES OVER WHEN TOPS ARE COVERED WITH BUBBLES; COOK NTIL BOTTOMS ARE LIGHTLY BROWNED. SERVE WITH A SPRINKLE OF FRESH BLUEBERRIES AND YOUR FAVORITE LIGHT SYRUP!
