These are soooo good! They don't even need syrup! **Note** If the pancakes are too hard to flip, add a little more flour to make them firmer.

Ingredients For oatmeal cookie pancakes

1 cold fashioned oats

1 1/4 cflour

1/2 cbrown sugar

2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspbaking soda

1 tspground cinnamon

dashnutmeg

1/4 cwalnuts, chopped

3/4 cplain greek yogurt

3/4 cmilk
-
2 lgeggs
-
1 tspvanilla

2really ripe bananas, mashed up

3/4 craisins

1/4 cbutter, melted
How To Make oatmeal cookie pancakes

1In a large bowl mix first 8 ingredients.

2In another bowl mix next 4 ingredients.

3Whisk the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well combined.

4Fold in mashed bananas and raisins. Stir in melted butter.

5Heat a non stick pan over med-low heat. Spray with cooking spray or melt additional butter.

6Cook pancakes, about a 1/3 c. at a time, until bubbles form on top, then turn. Cook about 2 min. on each side.

7Serve drizzled with maple syrup or honey!
