Ingredients For newari pizza - egg style

3 cups rice flour

1 cup water, lukewarm (add a little at a time - more if necessary to make a slighty thin batter)

pinch of salt

3 eggs

1 cup ground meat

4 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped

1/2 tbsp ground coriander
-
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped

1/2 tbsp ground (red) chili powder
-
1 green chilie, finely chopped
-
1/4 tbsp freshly ground schezwan pepper

1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)

1/2 tbsp minced ginger
-
1/2 tbsp minced garlic
-
1 tsp ground turmeric
-
4 tbsp oil

4 eggs
How To Make newari pizza - egg style

1Batter: In a large bowl add the rice flour, salt and water, mix well. Add the water a little at a time. You want the batter to be slightly thin and smooth, but not watery. Set aside until needed.

2In another bowl, add the 3 eggs, ground meat, cilantro, onion, coriander, salt, onion, red chili powder, fresh green chili, ground pepper, salt, minced ginger, minced garlic and turmeric, mixing well to blend.

3In a heated frying pan, add 1 tbsp of oil and pour 1/4 of the batter into the pan. On top of the batter add 1/4 of the meat mixture.

4Now add a whole egg on top, cover the pan and cook on medium heat for 8 minutes, do not flip.

5Treat the remaining batter in the same way...Enjoy!
