How To Make my grandpas fried beans

FIRST YOU WANT TO GO THROUGH YOUR BEANS THE NIGHT BEFORE AND CHECK FOR ROCKS AND SUCH, THEN SOAK THEM OVER NIGHT.

IN THE MORNING DRAIN YOUR WATER AND IN A LARGE POT PUT YOUR BEANS,CHICKEN BROTH, AND WATER IN- THE WATER NEEDS TO BE AROUND 2 INCHES ABOVE YOUR BEANS-THEN CHOP YOUR ONION IN BIG CHUNKS AND ADD TO BEANS, THEN ADD ALL OF YOUR SEASONINGS.

I LIKE TO COOK IT ON MEDIUM STIRRING AS NEEDED (PRETTY OFTEN).LET COOK TILL BEANS ARE DONE. YOU CAN ADD MORE OR LESS OF ANY SPICES THAT YOU WANT.

AFTER YOUR DONE EATING THEM WITH YOUR DINNER, YOU SHOULD HAVE PLENTY OF LEFTOVERS - PUT THEM IN THE FRIDGE. NOW THE NEXT MORNING IS THE YUMMMMMY PART. FRY UP SOME BACON- REMOVE THE BACON AND LEAVE ABOUT 1/4 CUP OF THE GREASE- PUT YOUR COLD BEANS IN AND LET THEM FRY TILL THEY ARE CRISPY. SOME MAY STICK TOGETHER BUT THAT'S OK - THEY ARE DELICIOUS. ENJOY MY GRANDPAS BEANS- I BET THEY BECOME A FAVORITE FOR YOU!!! (HINT- USE A CAST IRON SKILLET TO FRY THE BEANS)
