How To Make mushroom veggie cheese omlete

1In small sauté pan add 1 teaspoon coconut oil mushrooms and 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt cook on medium till mushrooms have cooked down.

2Mix eggs and cream together, spray large sauté pan pour egg mixture into pan cook on medium till set, add sliced peppers, mushrooms, and spinach. top with 1 cup of cheese, fold in half top with more cheese.

3Serve with toppings
