Ingredients For mushroom veggie cheese omlete

  • 4 lg
    eggs
  • 4 Tbsp
    cream
  • 2 c
    diced mushrooms
  • 3 sm
    mini peppers (sliced thin)
  • 1 c
    fresh spinach ( chopped)
  • 2 c
    mexican blended shredded cheese
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • TOPPINGS
  • salsa
  • sour cream

How To Make mushroom veggie cheese omlete

    In small sauté pan add 1 teaspoon coconut oil mushrooms and 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt cook on medium till mushrooms have cooked down.

    Mix eggs and cream together, spray large sauté pan pour egg mixture into pan cook on medium till set, add sliced peppers, mushrooms, and spinach. top with 1 cup of cheese, fold in half top with more cheese.
