  • CAKE
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    vanilla yogurt
  • 11/2 Tbsp
    egg substitute
  • 21/2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1/8 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    vanilla
  • STREUSEL
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, cut into small cubes
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • FROSTING
  • 2 Tbsp
    powdered sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    milk

How To Make mug cinnamon streusel coffee cake

    Preheat oven to 350. Spray 8 oz ramekin with nonstick spray.

    Whisk together sugar, yogurt, egg and vanilla until smooth.

    Fold in flour and baking powder until combined.

    For streusel: Mix together all ingredients, with fingers, until fine crumbs form.

    Pour half of the batter into ramekin, top with half the streusel, then remaining batter and streusel.

    Place on baking sheet and bake 20 - 25 minutes

    Let cool. Turn onto plate.

    Combine powdered sugar and milk to make frosting. Spoon on top.
