2 Tbspbutter, cut into small cubes

2 Tbspbrown sugar

1 Tbspflour

1/2 tspcinnamon
- FROSTING

2 Tbsppowdered sugar

How To Make mug cinnamon streusel coffee cake

1Preheat oven to 350. Spray 8 oz ramekin with nonstick spray.

2Whisk together sugar, yogurt, egg and vanilla until smooth.

3Fold in flour and baking powder until combined.

4For streusel: Mix together all ingredients, with fingers, until fine crumbs form.

5Pour half of the batter into ramekin, top with half the streusel, then remaining batter and streusel.

6Place on baking sheet and bake 20 - 25 minutes

7Let cool. Turn onto plate.

8Combine powdered sugar and milk to make frosting. Spoon on top.
