These were the only pancakes we ever had when I was little, the 1st time I ever ate in a cafe I had pancakes. When they came to the table I asked the waitress where are the pancakes? I knew this was not pancakes cause what we called pancakes were so thin that you roll them up with a fork.

Ingredients For mom's skinney pancakes

2 call-purpose flour

2eggs
-
milk
-
oil

pinchsalt
How To Make mom's skinney pancakes

1Put flour in a mixing bowl, salt, egg and enough milk to make a thin batter

2put enough oil in bottom of pan to cover

3I use a soup laddle to take batter from bowl to the pan.

4When done spinkle with sugar and roll up with your fork then put sugar on again. Or if you like syrup forget the sugar.
