12 slicejalapeno jack cheese, divided

4eggs, slightly beaten

4 slicebacon, chopped

2green onions, thinly sliced

8 slicesourdough bread

How To Make mexican style breakfast grilled cheese

1Chop 4 cheese slices into small pieces.

2Add chopped cheese to eggs and set aside.

3Saute bacon and green onions in butter until onions are translucent.

4Add egg and cheese mixture; cook, stirring over medium heat until eggs are set.

5Remove from heat and keep warm.

6Butter all slices of bread on one side. Place 4 slices of bread, buttered side down, in clean skillet.

7Top each with one slice of cheese and an equal amount of scrambled eggs.
