How To Make mandarin orange coconut bars for mother's day

1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 7″ x 11″ baking dish. Drain mandarin oranges, reserving the syrup.

2Cream butter, cane sugar, and vanilla.

5Slowly add flour to creamed mixture alternately with the reserved syrup.

6Spread half of the batter into the prepared baking dish.
