My day runs so much better when I take the time for breakfast, but getting up early enough to actually cook breakfast is another thing. When I found this recipe, I knew it was for me. LOL This is a Prevention recipe.

How To Make make a-head breakfast shake

1In blender, blend the yogurt, milk, berries, milk powder, and honey until smooth. Place in single serving containers and freeze.

2Just thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Stir well and drink. Easy yummy breakfast!

3NOTE: Try using blueberry yogurt and fresh blueberries for a change of taste. Or prepare both kinds so you can mix breakfast up a bit.
