This recipe will make about 10 cups. I guessed at the measurements because when I make it, I just dump each ingredient one at a time and mix as I go. The measurements are ballpark and you should adjust to your own taste after you make it a time or two. Notice the picture of small balks on plate is made by using the geanola and mixing in peanut butter and raisins.

    oats old fashioned rolled
  • 1 c
    brown sugar light
  • 1 c
    bran, unprocessed
  • 1/2 c
    coconut shortening extra virgin organic
  • 1/2 c
    cream of coconut
  • 1 c
    sliced almonds
  • 1 c
    flax seed ground
  • 1/2 c
    walnuts ground

    Dump oats in ungreased baking pan, add coconut shortening, mix with hand until completely mixed into oats.
