This low carb recipe has the texture of oatmeal and my go to recipe for breakfast. The flax meal keeps me full all morning because of the fiber. My daughter loved this when she low carbed after having a baby!

1/8 cheavy cream, whipped

1/8 cdavinci sugar free vanilla syrup

How To Make low carb "mock oatmeal"

1Mix dry ingredients in bowl making sure to remove lumps from protein powder.

2Add wet ingredients and mix well.

3Microwave 1 min 30 seconds. Remove, stir well and enjoy!
