I was going thru a box of recipes putting them in the photo albums cookbooks I make. This is a recipe a friend of mine gave me a long time ago,I had forgotten about these wonderful pancakes. My friend,Lela knows I 'm not crazy about pancakes,I prefer waffles so she made these for me,saying you'll love my pancakes! She was right! I like to heat the strawberries and jam until warm and juices come out. Also, the cream cheese is easier to cut if it's frozen or slightly frozen.
