2 Tbspground flaxseed

1 dashpink himilayin salt

1 lgegg

1/4 tspground cinnamon

1 Tbspbutter

1 Tbspsweetener like swerve

2 Tbspheavy whipping cream

1/4 cfresh blueberries
How To Make keto porridge

1In a medium saucepan on medium high heat, boil water, coconut flour, flaxseed and salt, whisking. Reduce heat to medium low.

2Beat egg in a small bowl and, while whisking, gradually add to mitxure in saucepan.

3Add cinnamon, butter, sweetener and half of the whipping cream and whisk. Continue to cook and whisk.

4After 4-5 min, pour into serving bowl and top with blueberries and remaining cream.
