Ingredients For keto porridge

  • 3/4 c
    water
  • 2 Tbsp
    coconut flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    ground flaxseed
  • 1 dash
    pink himilayin salt
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    sweetener like swerve
  • 2 Tbsp
    heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 c
    fresh blueberries

How To Make keto porridge

  • 1
    In a medium saucepan on medium high heat, boil water, coconut flour, flaxseed and salt, whisking. Reduce heat to medium low.

    Beat egg in a small bowl and, while whisking, gradually add to mitxure in saucepan.

    Add cinnamon, butter, sweetener and half of the whipping cream and whisk. Continue to cook and whisk.

    After 4-5 min, pour into serving bowl and top with blueberries and remaining cream.
