This recipe came to me from Jeannie (a friend at Weight Watchers). I love this even more as second day leftovers served with homemade yogurt.

Ingredients For jeannie's baked oatmeal

3 cregular oats

1/2 craisins or fruit

4 cmilk
-
1/3 cbrown sugar
-
2 Tbspbutter
-
2 tspcinnamon
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
2 mdapples, peeled and chopped

1/3 cflax seeds
-
1 tspnutmeg
-
**optional: chopped walnuts
How To Make jeannie's baked oatmeal

1Mix all ingredients together in a 9 x 13 baking pan.

2Bake 35 minutes at 350.

3***Great the next day with yogurt!
