Ingredients For irish pumpkin oats

1/2 csteel-cut oats

1/4 cunsweetened vanilla almond milk

1/2 cpumpkin, canned or cooked

2 Tbspground flax meal

2 Tbsptoasted wheat bran

1 tspground cinnamon

1/4 tspground ginger

1/4 tspground nutmeg

1 Tbspdark molasses

1 tspvanilla extract
How To Make irish pumpkin oats

1Bring 2 cups water to a boil in a medium-sized saucepan. Add steel-cut oats, cover, and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 20-25 minutes, until all water is absorbed into oats.

2Stir in all remaining ingredients except for vanilla, cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3Remove from heat, stir in vanilla.
