3 1/2 call purpose flour

1 Tbspbaking powder

1 tspcinnamon

3/4 tspsalt

1/2 tspnutmeg

1/3 cmilk

1/2 cbutter, melted

4 lgegg beaten

2/3 csugar
How To Make homemade doughnuts

1In bowl combine flour,baking powder,cinnamon,salt and nutmeg set aside.

2In bowl combine milk and butter. In mixing bowl combine eggs and sugar beat 5 minutes, add milk mixture stir with wooden spoon. COVER AND CHILL 2 HOURS.

3Roll dough out on floured surface 1/2 inch thick cut into doughnuts, Fry at 375 1 1/2 each. Frost with glaze, sugar or any other topping you want.
