Ingredients For homemade doughnuts

  • 3 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 1/3 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • 4 lg
    egg beaten
  • 2/3 c
    sugar

How To Make homemade doughnuts

    In bowl combine flour,baking powder,cinnamon,salt and nutmeg set aside.

    In bowl combine milk and butter. In mixing bowl combine eggs and sugar beat 5 minutes, add milk mixture stir with wooden spoon. COVER AND CHILL 2 HOURS.

    Roll dough out on floured surface 1/2 inch thick cut into doughnuts, Fry at 375 1 1/2 each. Frost with glaze, sugar or any other topping you want.
