How To Make high protein peanut butter crepe

1Mix flax, protein, cinnamon, and alcohol sugar together in a small bowl.

2Mix in egg whites until texture is slightly thinner than pancake mix.

3Heat a medium size pan on stove top using non-stick cooking agent of your choice (I use safflower or peanut oil), wait until the crepe is semi-firm, then flip and cook till golden brown.
