Ingredients For healthy sweet potato breakfast brownies

    sweet potatoes pureed
  • 1 c
    smooth almond butter
  • 1/4 c
    maple syrup, honey, or stevia
  • 1/2 c
    cocoa powder
  • 1/2 c
    chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 c
    soft cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
    chopped walnuts

    Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees; lightly grease 8 x 8 pan

    In a large mixing bowl, combine first four ingredients; mix fully. Pour into baking pan.
