Ingredients For healthy oat granola

1 2/3 coat bran hot cereal, uncooked

3/4 cdried banana chips

1/2 tspvanilla

1 tspgrated orange peel

2 Tbspwater

2 Tbspvegetable oil

1/4 chulled sunflower seeds

1/4 choney
-
1/3 cinstant nonfat dry milk solids

1 coats, quick or old-fashioned, uncooked

1/2 craisins
How To Make healthy oat granola

1Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown, stirring once after 10 minutes.

2Stir in banana chips and raisins.

3Cool completely.

4Store tightly covered up to 1 week.

5Serve cold or hot with skim milk or as a topping over fruit, low fat yogurt or ice milk, if desired.

6Heat oven to 350 degrees.

7Combine oat bran, oats, dried milk, honey, sunflower seeds, oil, water, orange peel and vanilla; mix well.

8Spread in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
