Ingredients For healthy breakfast mushroom pizza.

  • egg beater
    equivalent to 6 eggs.
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 3 Tbsp
    fat-free milk
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1
    boboli whole wheat pizz crust, or other ready made crust
  • 6 oz
    fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c
    reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make healthy breakfast mushroom pizza.

  • 1
    Heat oven to 450. Place pizza crust on baking sheet. In lg bowl, beat Egg Beaters, salt, pepper and milk. In lg skillet, melt butter over med-low heat. Add egg mix, scramble until firm, but not brown. Spread egg mix evenly over crust. Cover evenly w/ mushrooms and cheese. Bake 10-12 min, or until cheese melts.
