Ingredients For healthy "breakfast cake"

1 coat flour

2 tspcinnamon

1/2 tspbaking soda

1/4 tspsalt

1/8 tspnutmeg

1/8 tspall spice (optioanl)

3egg whites

3/4 csplenda or stevia in the raw

1/2 cgreek yogurt (for example, fage)

8 ozbaby food or fruit puree

2scoops protein powder
-
3-4 Tbspground flax seed
How To Make healthy "breakfast cake"

1Mix dry ingredients together.

2Mix wet ingredients together.

3Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour the wet mixture into the dry and mix well. Pour into a sprayed 8x8 pan.

4Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
