    fat
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    all purpose flour
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 4 md
    cooked potatoes, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk

How To Make hash brown potatoes

    In a frying pan, heat the fat.

    Stir the flour, pepper, and salt into the potato and press it down firmly into the pan.

    Add the milk.

    Brown the potato slowly, allowing 30 minutes for cooking.

    Turn it out as an omelet is turned, and serve hot.
