Ingredients For ham pancake squares

  • 1 egg
  • 2 t. oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup packaged pancake mix
  • 1/2-3/4 ham bits

How To Make ham pancake squares

    Preheat oven to 450.

    In a bowl, whisk above ingredients until smooth. Pour into a greased 8 x 12 baking pan.

    Bake 20 minutes. Cut into squares and serve hot with butter and syrup.
