2 can(4.5 oz each) diced green chiles

1 lbmonterey jack cheese, shredded

1/4 lbcheddar cheese, shredded

5eggs, beaten

1/2 cmilk
-
1/2 tspdry mustard

1/4 cflour
-
1 tspbaking powder
How To Make green chile crustless quiche

1Preheat oven to 400F. Grease a 9x13 baking pan.

2Combine chiles and cheeses in a small bowl, then pour into the prepared baking dish. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, milk, dry mustard, flour and baking powder. Pour over the cheese mixture.

3Bake for 15 minutes, then turn the oven temperature down to 300F. Continue baking for 20 more minutes and remove from the oven.
