2SPREAD JELLY DOWN THE MIDDLE OF PIE DOUGH. THEN CUT EVEN AMOUNT OF STRIPS AT SIDES. DON'T CUT REAL CLOSE TO JELLY AS IT WILL LEAK OUT. FOLD TOP STIP OVER AND BRAID THE REST AND FOLD BOTTOM STRIP OVER OR UNDER .

3TAKE AND BRUSH PASTRY BRAID WITH EGG WGITE. PLACE IN OVEN FOR ABOUT 20 MINS. TIL GOLDEN BROWN TAKE OUT AND LET COOL

4TAKE SANDWHICH BAGGIE AND SNIP A TINY HOLE IN 1 CORNER PLACE FROSTING IN BAGGIE. DRIZZEL FROSTING BACK AND FORTH OVER PASTRY BRAID AND SERVE
