4 ccup of dried beans, soaked in cold water with one teaspoon of soda, throughout the night (or 2 cans of canned beans cooked)

1preparation of the beans : soak the beans in cold water with one teaspoon of soda, throughout the night , ( you can do so for the whole quantity and keep the in the freezer , after boiling them, for future use .

Add to the mashed beans, some of the cooking water, if necessary, to reduce the intensity, taste, and adjust seasoning, to taste 6. serve hot, decorated with parsley , chopped tomato and olive oil.
