1/4 tspsalt

1 crolled oats

1 cchopped peach or apple

1/4 csnipped pitted dates or whole raisins

1 tspvanilla

1/4 tspground cinnamon

fat-free milk
How To Make fruity oatmeal

1In a medium saucepan bring the water and salt to boiling.

2Stir in oats, 3/4 cup of the peach, the dates, vanilla, and cinnamon.

3Reduce heat.

4Simmer, uncovered, for 3 minutes (for quick oats) or 5 minutes (for regular oats), stirring occasionally.

5Remove from heat.

6Cover and let stand for 2 minutes before serving.

7Top with remaining 1/4 cup peach.

8If desired, serve with fat-free milk.
