These are fairly healthy and pretty darn good. They also keep you "regular". My hubby likes to pour milk on a couple in the morning to eat for breakfast.

Ingredients For fruit and oatmeal bars (low-fat)

3/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1/2 cgranulated sugar

8oz.vanilla or plain yogurt

2eggs(lightly beaten)

2 Tbspvegetable oil
-
2 Tbspskim milk
-
2 tspvanilla extract

1 1/2 call purpose flour
-
1 tspbaking soda
-
1 tspcinnamon
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
3 coatmeal, uncooked
-
1 cdried fruit(i used tropical fruit mix)
How To Make fruit and oatmeal bars (low-fat)

1Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl mix first 7 ingredients.In a medium bowl combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Add to yogurt mixture and stir well. Stir in oats and fruit. Place in ungreased 13x9 inch pan and bake 30 minutes. Let cool slightly and cut into bars.
