2 lgeggs

1 dashcinnamon

1 lgripe banana(mashed)

2 Tbspbrandy (or one teaspoon brandy extract)

1 tsppure vanilla extract

1butter for frying

1 lgbanana sliced
How To Make french toast with brandied bananas

1Cut bread on the diagonal into thick slices.Combine the milk,eggs,cinnamon,mashed banana,brandy and vanilla.Soak the bread in mixture for 1-2 minutes per side.

2Heat frying pan and melt enough butter for frying. Cook soaked bread until crispy and flip over.Cook other side till crispy. Serve hot with powdered sugar,maple syrup,and banana slices on top.
