Ingredients For easy tomato gravy

2 candiced tomatoes

4 Tbspflour

1 cstock (chicken or beef)

1 tspsalt

1 Tbspblack pepper

3 Tbsppan drippings (sausage, bacon or ham)
How To Make easy tomato gravy

1Heat tomatoes in iron skillet over medium heat.

2Stir flour into stock and whisk until there are no lumps.

3Stir flour/stock mixture into hot tomatoes, whisking as you stir.

4Bring to a boil and stir until thickened.

5Reduce heat to simmer.

6Stir in salt, pepper and pan drippings.

7Simmer for at least 5-10 minutes.
