Ingredients For diabetic bagel sandwich

  • 8 oz
    fat free cream cheese
  • 1/4 c
    chopped golden raisins
  • 1/4 c
    chopped pitted dates
  • 1/4 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 4 tsp
    unsweetened orange or pineapple juice
  • 4
    sesame seed bagels, halved & toasted

How To Make diabetic bagel sandwich

    place all the ingredients except the bagels in a bowl stir until thoroughly combined
