Test Kitchen Tips
We found the batter was a touch thick. We added 1/4 c more buttermilk to the batter. This can easily be adjusted to taste.

1Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda.

2Add eggs, buttermilk, vanilla, and melted butter. Stir well.

3If the batter seems too thick or thin, adjust with buttermilk and/or flour.

4Pour into a preheated waffle iron. Cook until crisp and golden.
