2 Tbspsugar

1egg, beaten

1/2 corange juice

2 Tbspvegetable oil

1/2 corange marmalade

1/2 ccraisins (chopped fine in food processor)

1 tspgrated orange zest
- TOPPING

2 Tbspbrown sugar

1 Tbspflour
-
1/4 tspnutmeg

1 Tbspmelted butter

1/4 cfinely chopped pecans
How To Make cranberry muffins with an orange twist

1Mix together bisquick and sugar. Make a well in the center and add the egg, orange juice, oil and orange zest.

2Stir mixture until moistened and then fold in marmalade and craisins. Spoon mixture into muffin tins.

3In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar through pecans. Sprinkle 1 heaping tsp. over each muffin.

4Bake at 400 degrees - 15 to 18 minutes. My oven cooks hot, so I decrease that temp to avoid the muffins from becoming too brown.
