These fritters make a wonderful way to start your day. Easy and a real stick to your ribs recipe. I normally do not serve meat with these just some fresh fruit.

Ingredients For corn fritters

1 ccorn, whole kernal, drained

2 lgeggs

1/2 call purpose flour

1/2 tspbaking powder

1/3 tspsalt
How To Make corn fritters

1Drain corn. In a medium bowl mix corn with eggs, stir well.

2In a small bowl sift flour, baking powder, and salt. Now stir this into the corn mixture, beat until smooth.

3Drop by heaping Tablespoons into hot grease in skillet. Fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve with butter and syrup.
