Ingredients For coconut bread pudding

  • 1 c
    skim milk, scalded
  • 1
    egg, beaten
  • sweetner to equal 6 teaspoons
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp
    coconut extract
  • 1 slice
    bread, cubed
  • cinnamon to taste

How To Make coconut bread pudding

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients together & pour into a small casserole dish.

    Place casserole dish in a pan of water. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
