Ingredients For coconut bread pudding

1 cskim milk, scalded

1egg, beaten
-
sweetner to equal 6 teaspoons

1/2 tspvanilla extract
-
1 tspcoconut extract

1 slicebread, cubed

cinnamon to taste
How To Make coconut bread pudding

1Mix all ingredients together & pour into a small casserole dish.

2Place casserole dish in a pan of water. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
