i made this recipe for people who love cinnamon roll,i came up of a goldmine of breakfast,in bread pudding style,it filled with peanut butter chips,it's a perfect breakfast.

10stale cinnamon rolls,cut into bite size pieces

1/2 cmargarine,melted

3/4 cpeanut butter chips

2 tspground cinnamon

6eggs

3/4 cwhite sugar

2 tspcoconut extract

1/2 tspsalt

3 ccold milk
-
1 pinchnutmeg
-
1 pkgcream cheese,softened

1 1/2 cheavy cream

2 1/2 Tbspdark brown sugar
How To Make cinnamon roll pudding

1Heat oven to 375 degrees F. In a large bowl,combine cinnamon roll pieces,melted margarine,peanut butter chips and ground cinnamon;mix well,and transfer to a 2 quart baking dish.

2Use the same bowl to beat the eggs. Stir in sugar,coconut extract and salt until sugar is dissolved. Slowly whisk in cold milk. Pour egg mixture over cinnamon roll mixture,sprinkle with nutmeg and set aside to soak in 5 minutes.

3Meanwhile,in a medium bowl,add cream cheese,heavy cream and brown sugar;whisk together until smooth.

4Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes,or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Drizzle with cream mixture over the pudding.
