Ingredients For cinnamon roll pancakes!

1 cwhole milk

2 Tbspwhite vinegar

1 call purpose flour

2 Tbspwhite sugar

1 tspbaking powder
-
1/2 tspbaking soda
-
1egg
-
cooking spray
- CINNAMON ROLL SWIRL FILLING

1/4 cbutter, at room temp

1/3 cbrown sugar
-
2 tspcinnamon
-
1 tspnutmeg
- ICING
-
2 cpowdered sugar
-
1/4 cmilk
-
2 tspvanilla
How To Make cinnamon roll pancakes!

1Combine Milk and vinegar, set aside for 5 min. Sift together flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and baking powder.

2Pour milk into flour mix and add the beaten egg.

3Spray pan with cooking spray, Pour batter into pan, and swirl in brown sugar mix either using a ziplock bag with the corner cut off to make a pastry bag or a plastic bottle. Make a swirling motion in the side up when the batter is cooking. Press the brown sugar mix about 1/4 inch into the pancake batter or it will fall off when you flip them.

4TO MAKE BROWN SUGAR FILLING: CREAM TOGETHER BUTTER, BROWN SUGAR, CINNAMON, AND NUTMEG. TO MAKE CINNAMON ROLL ICING: WHISK POWDERED SUGAR, MILK AND VANILLA UNTIL IT HAS THE CONSISTENCY OF ICING.
