Does it get any better? These are great, cover them in traditional cinnamon roll icing or try with maple syrup, both are delicious! Enjoy!

Ingredients For cinnamon roll pancakes!

  • 1 c
    whole milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    white vinegar
  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    white sugar
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1
    egg
  • cooking spray
  • CINNAMON ROLL SWIRL FILLING
  • 1/4 c
    butter, at room temp
  • 1/3 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    nutmeg
  • ICING
  • 2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla

How To Make cinnamon roll pancakes!

    Combine Milk and vinegar, set aside for 5 min. Sift together flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and baking powder.

    Pour milk into flour mix and add the beaten egg.

    Spray pan with cooking spray, Pour batter into pan, and swirl in brown sugar mix either using a ziplock bag with the corner cut off to make a pastry bag or a plastic bottle. Make a swirling motion in the side up when the batter is cooking. Press the brown sugar mix about 1/4 inch into the pancake batter or it will fall off when you flip them.

    TO MAKE BROWN SUGAR FILLING: CREAM TOGETHER BUTTER, BROWN SUGAR, CINNAMON, AND NUTMEG. TO MAKE CINNAMON ROLL ICING: WHISK POWDERED SUGAR, MILK AND VANILLA UNTIL IT HAS THE CONSISTENCY OF ICING.
