    cornmeal
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1
    lg egg
  • 1 c
    raisins

    In large bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and sugar. Add melted butter, vanilla, milk, and egg. Whisk until well blended. Stir in raisins.
